Recording Studios

The EK Sound Studios are fully fitted for all types of Audio Production. The Studios consist of three production spaces:

Studio-A Available as a tracking space on a limited basis only
Studio-B Studio B is currently the main production space. This room is fully outfitted for multi-track music and post production. This Studio is based around four recording systems all interconnected to a Yamaha DM2000v2 digital mixing console:
    Digidesign ProTools HD3 Accel system with 3 expanded 192 I/O's. Intel MAC-Pro based
    Steinberg Nuendo 3 and SX3 hard disc recording systems with surround mixing capability
    EMU/Ensoniq Paris multi-card hard disc recording system
    Tascam DA-88/38 DTRS tape based digital recording, 40 tracks
Studio-C Studio C has recently been decommisioned. The equipment has been moved to the duplication room, where editing and format conversion can still be done. This space will be converted into additional Iso for the main studio.

The main goal of the Recording Studios at EK Sound is simple; high quality product and a friendly, professional, and productive work environment. We put money where it's needed, in the equipment... not the aesthetics. Our studios are designed for maximum flexibility and speed of operation, ensuring high quality and fast turnaround.
